About the Role

Workwize is revolutionizing how businesses support their global teams by simplifying the deployment, management, and retrieval of IT hardware. As a Product Manager, you will work within a cross-functional team to build out software products that optimize global operations and create an incredible customer experience.

• Define and execute a product vision focused on scalability, operational excellence, and efficiency.
• Prioritize and deliver features that enhance automation and streamline global operations.
• Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to align on solutions that improve customer experience.
• Use data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement, guide feature prioritization, and track performance.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to ensure updates meet operational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations, with a proven deep understanding of Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of total working experience, with 3-5 years specifically in Product Management within SaaS.
• Technical proficiency to collaborate with development teams to scope and oversee implementation.
• Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
