About the Role

Julie Vos is seeking a sophisticated, highly organized, and hospitality-driven Wholesale Experience & Events Associate to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary architect of the Julie Vos brand experience across wholesale channels, managing everything from intimate retailer dinners to large-scale trade show cocktail events. You will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every touchpoint—whether it is a visual merchandising display in a partner boutique or a high-profile appearance by Julie herself—reflects the elegance, polish, and warmth that our brand is known for. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a rare blend of creative vision and meticulous operational execution.

As a key member of the Wholesale Department, you will work closely with our retail partners to create bespoke experiences that drive engagement and loyalty. This is a fully remote position that offers the unique opportunity to travel to major industry hubs, including Dallas and Atlanta, to bring our brand to life on a national stage. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for luxury hospitality and project management, we invite you to help us shape the future of the Julie Vos experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning & Showroom Hospitality: Oversee the end-to-end execution of wholesale showroom events, including cocktail parties, catering, rentals, décor, and staffing. Manage comprehensive event budgets and maintain high-touch hospitality standards year-round.
  • Executive & Retailer Relations: Plan and execute private group dinners for top-tier retailers during seasonal gift shows. Coordinate invitations, track RSVPs via Paperless Post, and provide detailed post-event engagement reports.
  • Brand Appearances: Serve as the primary liaison for Julie’s in-store appearances, managing itineraries, logistics, and communication with hosting retailers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Retailer Event Playbook: Develop and maintain standardized operational guides to assist retailers in hosting Julie Vos events, covering visual standards, outreach strategies, and hospitality expectations.
  • Visual Merchandising Operations: Direct the production, shipping, and installation of branded fixtures and displays across retail locations. Coordinate with vendors and installers to ensure a consistent brand aesthetic nationwide.
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage seasonal event calendars, order showroom supplies, and maintain inventory for event materials while troubleshooting logistics issues in real-time.
Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: 3–5 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, luxury retail operations, or brand activations.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing complex events from initial concept through completion with an established network of vendors (caterers, florists, venues).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiation and relationship building.
  • Operational Rigor: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously; meticulous attention to detail is a must.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and Slack. Familiarity with project management software and invitation platforms like Paperless Post.
  • Travel & Flexibility: Ability to travel frequently for trade shows and events while maintaining a productive remote home office.
  • Brand Alignment: A customer-service mindset with a passion for the Julie Vos brand and the jewelry industry.
Benefits
  • Remote Work Environment: Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote role with travel opportunities to vibrant industry events.
  • Culture of Inclusion: Join a team that values diversity, kindness, empathy, and mutual respect.
  • Growth Opportunities: Be part of a luxury brand that prioritizes internal talent and professional development.
  • Equal Opportunity: Julie Vos is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to hiring based on talent, skill, and potential.
