• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished industrial products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using digital management systems to ensure real-time tracking of stock levels.
• Coordinate with the procurement and production departments to ensure timely availability of materials for advanced manufacturing processes.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and international warehousing standards to maintain a secure working environment.
• Perform regular physical audits and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and optimize storage space utilization.
• Manage shipping and receiving logistics, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with industrial regulations.
• Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that fragile technological components are handled with the utmost care.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Officer, Inventory Controller, or in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management and international warehousing standards.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and basic office productivity suites (Microsoft Excel, ERP systems).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve logistical discrepancies quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-coordinated environment while maintaining high levels of productivity.
• A degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
