Key Responsibilities- Support the management of comprehensive inventory portfolios for both Caribbean Bottling Company (CBC) and Caribbean Wines & Spirits (CWS).
- Monitor real-time inventory levels to guarantee that all customer orders can be fulfilled completely and without delay.
- Perform daily physical inventory counts and reconcile findings to ensure system accuracy.
- Generate and distribute detailed daily inventory reports to keep management informed of stock statuses.
- Verify system invoices against physical shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurately signed and filed.
- Finalize warehouse invoices for all outgoing items to maintain an up-to-date financial and logistical record.
- Enforce First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) protocols for all stock movements and maintain a rigorous FEFO log for internal and external auditing.
- Develop and distribute weekly Expiration Reports and daily Out of Stock (OOS) Reports to assist management in procurement and sales planning.
- Maintain exhaustive and accurate records of all shipped items to prevent discrepancies.
- Execute additional warehouse and administrative duties as assigned to support the broader goals of the Warehouse Department.
- Possess a High School Diploma with successful completion of BGCSEs, including mandatory passes in Mathematics and English.
- Maintain a minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a warehouse, inventory, or logistics-related role.
- Demonstrate the physical ability to lift, push, and pull weights of 50lbs or more on a regular basis.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
- Show a proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet critical operational deadlines.
- Display intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, for data entry and reporting.
