Spark Advisors is building healthcare technology to transform the Medicare experience for millions of Americans. By combining AI, an industry-leading CRM, and client services, Spark empowers over 10,000 brokers to better support seniors in finding the right healthcare coverage.

As the VP of Product, you will join the leadership team to own the product strategy and drive its execution. You will be responsible for ensuring every product and technology initiative aligns with Spark's mission to redefine the future of healthcare distribution.

• Lead and scale a high-performing product management team.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap.
• Operate as a player-coach in a fast-moving, talent-dense environment.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team to define product vision.
• Navigate and build impactful products within regulated industries.
