Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage executive calendars by scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring all parties are prepared with necessary materials.
- Monitor and organize executive email inboxes, prioritizing urgent communications and drafting professional responses on behalf of leadership.
- Conduct thorough research on various industry topics, competitors, and internal projects to compile detailed reports and data-driven presentations.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation, while maintaining detailed itineraries.
- Track business expenses and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payments and accurate financial record-keeping.
- Maintain highly organized digital filing systems and project tracking documents to ensure all team members have access to the latest information.
- Support the marketing team by scheduling social media posts and performing basic content updates to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Execute various ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the executive team to support evolving business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and professional etiquette.
- Demonstrated organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of digital literacy, including proficiency with cloud-based collaboration tools, office suites, and project management software.
- Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive business documents and accounts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a collaborative and communicative team player.
- Must successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check as a condition of employment.

- Competitive annual salary ranging from $37,000 to $49,000, commensurate with experience and skill set.
