About the Role
Bloom & Beyond Design LLC is an elite luxury interior design firm based in the heart of Dubai, dedicated to creating breathtaking residential spaces for a sophisticated clientele. We are currently seeking a visionary and detail-oriented full-time Video Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in amplifying our brand presence and the personal brand of our founder by transforming raw footage into cinematic, high-impact short-form content that resonates with a global audience of design enthusiasts and luxury homeowners.
Key Responsibilities- Produce and edit high-quality Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that reflect the luxury aesthetic of our brand.
- Develop compelling visual narratives using advanced hooks, rhythmic pacing, seamless transitions, and strategic sound design.
- Manage the end-to-end post-production workflow, including color grading, captioning, and asset organization.
- Collaborate closely with the founder to translate design concepts into engaging social media stories that drive audience retention.
- Iterate on content based on performance analytics and evolving social media trends while maintaining brand consistency.
- Self-manage production timelines to ensure the consistent delivery of content in a fast-paced environment.
- Progressively master the company’s signature visual style to eventually operate with high levels of creative autonomy.
- Proven professional experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio focused on short-form, high-end lifestyle or luxury content.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- A deep understanding of social media algorithms, viewer psychology, and the mechanics of viral content.
- Exceptional eye for detail, particularly regarding typography, color palettes, and luxury branding aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, full-time capacity.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for interior design and visual storytelling.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a workstation capable of handling high-resolution video files.
