About the Role
One of Pine Services Group's portfolio companies, a well-established ERP implementation and consulting firm, is adding a Vice President of Marketing to its leadership team. This is a high-impact, 'build-it' role where the successful candidate will own the marketing infrastructure, team, and pipeline engine during an accelerated growth phase.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Define market positioning and value propositions, manage partner relationships with software publishers, and represent marketing at the board level.
- Pipeline Growth: Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number, build ABM capabilities for the construction vertical, and optimize the prospect journey.
- Demand Generation: Lead a multi-channel engine including digital, events, partner co-marketing, and SEO-driven content programs.
- AI-First Marketing Operations: Deploy AI-powered tools to increase team output and build repeatable, AI-enabled workflows for campaign execution and lead scoring.
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience marketing technology solutions, ERP, or professional services to mid-market companies.
- Deep digital marketing expertise across the modern B2B stack (SEO, paid search, marketing automation, and CRM).
- Demonstrated track record of scaling marketing functions in high-growth environments.
