About the Role

EnableComp is seeking a Vice President of Client Success for the Western region to cultivate positive, long-term relationships across our client base. This executive leader will act as an extension of the client, managing a team of Directors and ensuring the highest level of service and product success through data-driven performance management and consultative partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive-level client relationships and oversee all Client Success activities within the assigned Western region.
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee 4-5 Directors of Client Success to ensure team goals and client retention metrics are met.
  • Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities with a specific target sales quota of 25% of the role's focus.
  • Facilitate Client Business Reviews, presenting analytics, performance benchmarks, and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Manage key performance metrics including NPS scoring and client retention goals.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and sales leadership to develop client-specific strategies and action plans.
  • Participate in the entire client lifecycle, from the sales process and implementation to go-live and ongoing support.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of demonstrated account management experience in the healthcare technology industry, specifically involving hospital revenue cycle management (RCM).
  • Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.com.
  • Strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Polished professional presentation skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to client sites and corporate events.
