Veeva Systems: Data Product Manager - Link Activity Data

About the Role

Veeva Link aims to become the global leader in deep data for life sciences. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Link Activity data product, part of the Internal Data Products suite. This product focuses on ingesting, processing, tagging, and delivering data for scientific and digital activities including clinical trials, publications, and scientific events.

• Define and prioritize the Link Activity data roadmap.
• Drive the development of data initiatives from ideation to delivery.
• Align product development and communicate feature releases with stakeholders.
• Design requirements for product data models and delivery pipelines.
• Lead a squad of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Curators, and Analysts.
• Become a subject matter expert for Link Activity data.
• Collaborate with other Link Data Product Managers for cross-product alignment.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Manager roles within software or data.
• Strong experience in product decision-making and roadmap prioritization.
• Technical skills to translate business requirements into engineering terms.
• Strong analytical or computer science skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Experience building data products or data platforms (data models, pipelines, and delivery).
• In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical domain.
• Understanding of NLP/NER or application of LLMs.
