Key Responsibilities- Analyze organizational structure to identify current and future staffing gaps across various departments within the pharmaceutical landscape.
- Design and implement effective vacancy announcement strategies to attract high-quality candidates across diverse digital platforms and professional networks.
- Collaborate with department heads to draft comprehensive job specifications that align with the technical requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate intake process, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants from the initial inquiry to the final interview stage.
- Maintain and update our internal recruitment database, ensuring all applicant data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Conduct market research on hiring trends within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors to ensure competitive positioning.
- Monitor the performance of recruitment channels and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize hiring costs and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and maintaining a professional image of Unicor Pharmatech LLP.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancy pipelines simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital recruitment tools.
- A self-directed work ethic with the discipline to meet deadlines and achieve targets in a fully remote work environment.
