Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our core team to conceptualize and design visually striking, user-centric digital experiences for a diverse range of clients.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems within Figma that balance artistic creativity with practical usability.
- Produce high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with modern web development trends.
- Ensure design feasibility by maintaining a deep understanding of platform constraints and development workflows.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and technical requirements to ensure a smooth transition from Figma to development.
- Contribute to the studio’s creative direction by staying ahead of UX/UI trends and advocating for best practices in accessibility and performance.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio demonstrating high-end web and digital product design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including the use of components, auto-layout, and sophisticated design systems.
- Strong understanding of how design translates into code, specifically regarding responsive layouts and interactive elements.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivery excellence.
- Familiarity with Webflow and the Relume Library is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
- Experience designing for scalability, ensuring that digital products can grow and evolve alongside the client's needs.
