- Serve as the central liaison between clients and global travel suppliers, ensuring all bookings are confirmed and that any special requests or requirements are communicated clearly.
- Monitor real-time travel updates, such as weather delays, schedule changes, or gate updates, and proactively communicate these changes to clients to minimize disruption.
- Assist clients with complex itinerary modifications, including cancellations, re-bookings, and upgrades, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transaction histories within our internal systems to ensure continuity of service across the team.
- Educate clients on essential travel details, including passport and visa requirements, health protocols, and destination-specific insights to ensure they are fully prepared for their trip.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries through various digital platforms in a timely and helpful manner, fostering long-term client loyalty.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand and professional manner.
- A strong customer-service orientation and a genuine desire to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and peace of mind.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple client files simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and disciplined enough to work effectively in a fully remote environment, meeting deadlines and targets with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with modern digital tools, including online booking engines, cloud-based communication software, and basic office productivity suites.
- An inherent interest in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors; previous experience in these fields or in a high-volume customer support role is highly advantageous but not required.
