About the Role

Careers In Travel | Destination Planners is a premier, full-service travel consultancy dedicated to transforming the way our clients see the world. We specialize in crafting bespoke vacation experiences, ranging from luxury all-inclusive resorts and ocean cruises to intricate, personalized itineraries for families and groups. As we continue to expand our global reach, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Booking Specialist to join our award-winning team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a service-oriented environment and possesses a genuine desire to facilitate seamless, stress-free travel memories from the initial inquiry to the client's safe return home.

In this role, you will act as a dedicated consultant, leveraging your research skills and industry tools to design vacations that align with each client's unique preferences and budget. You will be the primary point of contact for travelers, managing every detail of their journey with precision and professionalism. We provide the infrastructure and support you need to succeed in a work-from-home capacity, allowing you to build a career that matches your lifestyle while helping others explore the most captivating destinations on earth.

As a Travel Booking Specialist, you are more than just a coordinator; you are an architect of experiences. Your day-to-day will involve diving deep into destination logistics, negotiating with vendors, and acting as a concierge for those seeking to escape the ordinary. Whether you are assisting a couple with their dream honeymoon or organizing a large-scale corporate retreat, your role is pivotal in ensuring that every transition is smooth and every destination exceeds expectations. We take pride in our ability to deliver white-glove service, and we look for individuals who share that same commitment to excellence and high-touch support.

  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients via phone, email, and digital messaging to handle inquiries or itinerary adjustments.
  • Monitor travel industry updates, including visa requirements, health protocols, and supplier promotions, to provide the most current information.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and generate positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Collaborate with our global network of travel partners to secure the best rates and exclusive amenities for our travelers.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in customer service, hospitality, or travel planning is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.

Benefits
  • A fully remote, flexible work environment that allows you to manage your own schedule and work-life balance.
  • Direct access to exclusive travel industry tools, certifying you to book with major global suppliers.
  • Comprehensive training programs and ongoing professional development workshops to sharpen your expertise.
  • Competitive, incentive-based earning structure with significant growth potential ($44,999 - $70,000 OTE).
