About the Role
The Trainer is a pedagogical and platform expert within the Professional Services (PS) team, dedicated to empowering clients to build Collaborative Learning organizations. You will own the 'One-to-Many' offer, including the Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars, ensuring every client has the knowledge and confidence to make their project a success.
Key Responsibilities- Within 1 month: Master the platform's core user experience and the Collaborative Learning methodology, and shadow existing Stadium webinars.
- Within 3 months: Host your own webinars, update the Engagement Academy to align with product releases, and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Within 6 months: Lead projects to improve the One-to-Many strategy, participate in discovery meetings with Product Managers, and analyze satisfaction scores to iterate on training.
- Within 12 months: Onboard and mentor new Trainers and develop advanced toolkits based on successful client use cases.
- 3+ years of experience as a Trainer or in a client-facing Customer Success/Care role.
- Strong listening and teaching skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Impeccable spelling and grammar in German, English, and French.
- Experience in the learning industry is a plus.
