  • Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from external clients, field escrow offices, and internal departments.
  • Reviewing, validating, and auditing the accuracy and completeness of legal property documentation, calculations, and transaction details.
  • Gathering necessary information to resolve outstanding title issues and coordinating with multiple parties to streamline the title completion process.
  • Preparing clear documentation and communicating crucial recording updates to all stakeholders involved.
  • Assisting with other related duties and special projects as assigned to support the efficiency of the title team.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly organized individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. To qualify for this role, you should possess:

  • An exceptional eye for detail and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities and the sound judgment necessary to resolve administrative bottlenecks.
  • A working knowledge of standard real estate and client operating systems or databases.

We believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we strive to foster an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment where everyone can thrive. We offer:

  • A competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate ranging from $20.34 to $27.12, depending on experience and location.
  • A comprehensive health benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • A robust 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching contributions to secure your future.
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid sick leave to support a healthy work-life balance.
