About the Role

Noctrix Health is on a mission to revolutionize the treatment of chronic neurological disorders through clinically validated, wearable technology. As a Therapy Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, acting as a dedicated advocate for patients navigating the journey of Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). You will play a pivotal role in delivering our Nidra therapy—the world’s first drug-free wearable solution for RLS—directly to those who need it most. By blending technical expertise with genuine empathy, you will ensure that every patient and clinician feels supported, empowered, and confident in using our groundbreaking prescription-grade therapy. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-growth medical device company where your contributions directly improve the quality of life for thousands of individuals while helping to redefine the standard of care in neurology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead personalized virtual activation sessions, guiding patients through the initial setup and daily application of their wearable therapy devices with clarity and patience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for remote therapy support, utilizing video calls, phone, text, email, and chat to resolve technical and clinical inquiries both proactively and reactively.
  • Act as a consultative partner to healthcare providers and clinical technicians, facilitating the smooth integration of Nidra therapy into their workflows and assisting with device calibration sessions.
  • Gather and synthesize real-world feedback from patients and clinicians to provide actionable insights for our marketing, sales, and product development teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify training gaps and help develop comprehensive instructional materials, content for training courses, and educational resources.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and therapy milestones within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity for effective relationship management and regulatory compliance.
  • Foster long-term, positive relationships with patients and clinical partners, ensuring high satisfaction and adherence to treatment protocols through consistent, high-touch support.
Qualifications

We are seeking a dedicated professional who combines a deep passion for patient care with the technical aptitude required to support innovative medical hardware. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and possesses the communication skills necessary to translate complex clinical concepts into user-friendly instructions.

  • A High School Diploma is required; however, an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Health Sciences, or a related healthcare field is strongly encouraged and preferred.
  • Proven experience in patient advocacy, customer success, or clinical support, ideally within the medical device, biotech, or healthcare technology sectors.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly over virtual platforms and handle sensitive health information with discretion.
  • Technical proficiency in managing CRM software, specifically Salesforce, and comfort using various digital communication tools such as Zoom, Zendesk, and Slack.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while remaining a highly collaborative and communicative team player.
  • A genuine desire to change the landscape of chronic disease management and a commitment to providing an outstanding user experience for every patient.
Benefits

At Noctrix Health, we value the well-being of our team members as much as that of our patients. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional growth and personal health in a flexible, modern work environment.

  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your dependents.
  • Fully remote work flexibility, allowing you to manage your responsibilities from your home office.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions to support your long-term financial goals.
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and company-observed holidays to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
  • The opportunity to work alongside a world-class team of neuroscientists, engineers, and specialists on a mission-driven product that changes lives every day.
