• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize high-density data centers tailored for frontier AI workloads.
• Execute strategies that prioritize speed and scale, ensuring the rapid deployment of gigawatt-scale compute infrastructure.
• Oversee the integration of hardware and software solutions to maintain peak operational efficiency across our global network.
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our deployment processes, focusing on reducing time-to-market for critical compute resources.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align technical capabilities with the overarching mission of promoting human freedom through AI.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and operational excellence within a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

• Proven experience in a technical or operational role within the technology or infrastructure sectors.
• Deep understanding of high-performance computing (HPC) or data center operations at scale.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex hardware and software ecosystems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
