• Support the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services in alignment with Sonic Healthcare’s medically-led philosophy.
• Maintain and adhere to rigorously high standards of quality and clinical safety across all laboratory and administrative functions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including laboratory staff, clinicians, and administrative departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize pioneering technology and IT infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Participate in workforce planning initiatives to ensure the continued success and growth of our laboratory sites in London, Manchester, and regional hubs.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in pathology and healthcare services.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal protocols to uphold the reputation of HSL and TDL.

• Demonstrable experience within a healthcare, pathology, or clinical laboratory environment is highly preferred.
• Relevant academic qualifications or professional certifications suited to the specific technical requirements of the role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding clinical data and quality control.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
