About the Role

TENEX is an AI-native, automation-first, built-for-scale Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider. We are a force multiplier for defenders, helping organizations enhance their cybersecurity posture through advanced threat detection, rapid response, and continuous protection. Backed by leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, we are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own revenue across EMEA.

What You'll Do
  • Carry an annual new-logo and expansion quota across assigned EMEA territories.
  • Generate and maintain 4x pipeline coverage through outbound prospecting, partner-sourced opportunities, and inbound follow-up.
  • Run disciplined, multi-threaded sales cycles using MEDDPICC to close six- and seven-figure ACV deals.
  • Articulate the TENEX.AI platform value proposition to technical and economic buyers such as CISOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering.
  • Navigate data residency, GDPR, DORA, and AI Act considerations across different markets.
  • Develop ecosystems by building relationships with regional GSIs, VARs, and MSSPs.
What You Bring
  • 6+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years selling into enterprise accounts in EMEA.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently hitting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas.
  • Experience selling technical products to security, IT, or engineering buyers.
  • Fluency in English plus at least one additional European language (German, French, Dutch, or a Nordic language).
  • Structured sales methodology experience (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or equivalent).
  • Willingness to travel 40–60% across EMEA and occasionally to US headquarters.
  • EU or UK work authorization.
Nice to Have
  • Existing network of CISOs or SecOps leaders in UK and DACH markets.
  • Experience selling AI-native or agentic products.
  • Prior experience as one of the first sales hires standing up a new region for a US-headquartered startup.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Engineer, or CISSP.
