About the Role

As a Technical Support Engineer at Redis, you will be responsible for helping customers by diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues in a high-contribution role. You will level up to be an expert problem solver on Redis Enterprise Software, supporting deployments across top cloud and container orchestration platforms.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues by replicating customer environments and providing Root Cause Analysis.
  • Analyze performance questions along the data path, including networks, for Cloud and On-premises deployments.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, CloudOps, Product, and Sales teams to manage critical customer issues and escalations.
  • Provide technical expertise during the testing, deployment, and upgrading of Redis software.
  • Participate in new product development and customer training activities.

Requirements: This role requires a 5-day work week that includes Saturday and Sunday.
