• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, scalable software systems using modern architectural patterns.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a distributed team of engineers, conducting regular code reviews and promoting best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and specifications.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in our service offerings.
• Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards across all projects.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, performance issues, and architectural challenges within the production environment.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive remote work culture that emphasizes continuous learning, accountability, and transparency.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Software Engineer with a strong track record of shipping successful products.
• Expertise in at least one major tech stack (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or Go) and modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and database management (both SQL and NoSQL).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment is highly preferred.
