About the Role
Clariti Cloud Inc. is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their mission in empowering governments to deliver exceptional citizen experiences. Reporting to the VP of Customer Experience, you will serve as the dedicated technical lead for customers with Premium Support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning day-to-day technical engagement for assigned accounts to ensure timely and high-quality support.
- Providing proactive guidance and structured service delivery aligned with product roadmaps and release cadences.
- Acting as a high-visibility internal advocate who understands the customer's environment and speaks their technical language.
- Collaborating closely with the Customer Experience team to drive success for high-value government clients.
