Tech Lead

We are hiring Tech Leads to support our Core and Payments teams, focusing on scalability, security, and iterative development.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, and implement scalable apps and libraries using Node, React, and TypeScript.
• Break down product roadmap items into epics and actionable technical tickets.
• Design systems and infrastructure in accordance with the team�s vision and security strategy.
• Perform code reviews and ensure quality through robust testing strategies and quality metrics.
• Manage the integration of third-party systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Coach and mentor the development team to expand their technical knowledge and skills.
• Foster a culture of iterative deployability with awareness of cycle time and failure rates.

• University degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience building rich, complex, and scalable APIs.
• 5+ years of building front-end web applications with modern Javascript frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience in designing scalable and distributed systems.
• Extensive experience with React, Redux, Node, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Javascript.
• Strong background in Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and DevOps performance measurement.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

• Experience with test automation frameworks like Cypress, Nightwatch, or Selenium.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS).
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
