As a Team Leader Supervisor, you will be responsible for fostering a positive team culture while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest possible standard. You will oversee daily and evening cleaning schedules across various regular sites, providing guidance to a small, dedicated team. This is a remote-first field role based in Bristol, where you will move between sites to monitor performance, manage supplies, and lead by example. Whether you are managing a routine office clean or a specialized site project, your leadership will ensure that Clean Bees remains the most trusted name in the local cleaning industry.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor a small team of cleaning operatives to ensure high-quality service delivery across all assigned sites.
- Oversee daily and evening cleaning rotations, ensuring all tasks are completed within the allocated timeframes and according to client specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain the Clean Bees standard of excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for team members, providing training on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Manage onsite inventory and stock levels, ensuring teams have the necessary supplies to perform their duties effectively.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding team performance, site feedback, and any operational challenges.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations and COSHH guidelines across all locations.
- Step in to assist with cleaning tasks when necessary to ensure deadlines are met and standards are maintained.
- Proven experience as a cleaning operative or in a supervisory role within the facilities management or cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and support a diverse team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of personal work quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with both staff and clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple site schedules.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings or evenings, depending on site requirements.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is highly desirable for travel between Bristol sites.
