About the Role

InMarket is the leader in 360-degree consumer intelligence and real-time activation, providing a data-driven marketing platform that helps brands build targeted audiences and measure ROAS. We are seeking an SVP of Sales to drive company-wide revenue growth and lead a multi-layered sales organization.

Your Daily Impact:

  • Lead and develop a team of VP-level sales leaders, scaling a high-performing, multi-layered organization.
  • Own and deliver against company-wide revenue targets, including strategy, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
  • Define and execute national and regional sales strategies to drive growth, market expansion, and new revenue opportunities.
  • Establish clear KPIs, performance expectations, and accountability across all levels of the sales organization.
  • Drive operational excellence across forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and sales processes.
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and ensure cross-functional alignment.
