Surbana Jurong (SJ Group) is seeking a meticulous and forward-thinking Surveyor to join our global multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our remote engineering and consultancy division, you will play a vital role in shaping the physical landscape by providing high-precision spatial data and analysis. • Conduct comprehensive site surveys and spatial data collection using advanced geodetic and topographical methodologies to support diverse infrastructure projects.
• Utilize cutting-edge surveying equipment and software, including GPS, Total Stations, and LiDAR technology, to ensure the highest levels of accuracy in data acquisition.
• Process and analyze raw survey data to create detailed maps, technical reports, and 3D models for architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams to integrate survey findings into master plans and construction documentation.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring that all survey records, boundary descriptions, and site measurements are maintained with rigorous attention to detail.
• Perform quality assurance checks on all spatial datasets to minimize errors and ensure compliance with international industry standards and local regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and consultancy on land development, property boundaries, and topographical constraints during the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of survey workflows by exploring and implementing emerging digital surveying technologies.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics Engineering, Geospatial Science, or a closely related technical field.
• Proven professional experience in land surveying, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on large-scale urban development or infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and specialized survey processing applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex spatial data and translate it into actionable technical insights.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with remote teams and diverse stakeholders across different time zones.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote capacity, maintaining high levels of productivity and meeting strict project deadlines.
• Professional certification or licensure as a Surveyor is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
