Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive end-to-end supply chain strategy encompassing demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and global logistics.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable supply chain workflows to achieve key performance indicators related to service reliability, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key business partner to Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure supply chain activities are perfectly synchronized with broader corporate goals.
- S&OP Governance: Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to enhance forecasting accuracy, mitigate supply risks, and ensure seamless product availability.
- Supplier & Procurement Management: Strengthen supplier relationships and develop sophisticated procurement strategies to diversify risk and improve raw material reliability.
- Inventory Excellence: Oversee global inventory strategies to optimize working capital while maintaining superior customer service levels.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide executive-level insights, risk assessments, and performance reporting to the leadership team to support data-driven decision-making.
- Professional Experience: Extensive experience in a senior supply chain leadership role within a manufacturing environment is required.
- Industry Expertise: Proven background in Personal Care, Beauty, Cosmetics, OTC, or related fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of S&OP processes, advanced forecasting methodologies, and modern inventory optimization techniques.
- Change Management: Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and process transformation in a high-growth, fast-paced setting.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy with the ability to translate supply chain metrics into business value.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are a plus.
