About the Role
DIVA, the pioneer in sustainable period care and creator of the DivaCup®, is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Specialist to join our team for a 12-month maternity leave contract. In this critical role, you will provide the analytical insight and operational support necessary to ensure efficient production planning, inventory accuracy, and seamless fulfillment across our Canadian and U.S. warehouses.
As a key member of our operations team, you will act as a bridge between demand forecasting and physical execution, ensuring that our innovative wellness products reach our global community on time. This remote-first position is open to residents of Ontario, Canada, and offers the opportunity to contribute to a B-Corp certified organization that prioritizes conscious wellness and social impact. The ideal candidate will be ready to join us in late September or early October 2026 to ensure a comprehensive transition and continuity of excellence in our supply chain processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management & Forecasting: Lead the inventory planning cycle, including MRP oversight, production scheduling, and monthly forecasting updates. You will monitor reconciliations and adjustments across multiple international warehouses to maintain high levels of data integrity and inventory accuracy.
Production & Assembly Coordination: Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align production schedules with market demand. You will manage daily coordination with manufacturing partners, leading monthly planning meetings to resolve bottlenecks and provide real-time status updates on assembly operations.
Purchasing & Vendor Relations: Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from obtaining vendor quotes and managing work orders to approving raw materials. You will be responsible for nurturing supplier relationships, monitoring performance metrics, and sourcing materials to ensure cost-efficiency and supply chain resilience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside the Accounting team to reconcile MCOG accounts and support financial reporting. You will also develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to institutionalize supply chain knowledge and drive process improvements.
Quality & Compliance: Support the Quality Assurance team during the product realization process. You will help investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure all operations remain compliant with ISO 13485 standards and Health Canada/FDA regulations.
Qualifications- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or operations analysis, specifically within the CPG or regulated medical device industries.
- Expertise in utilizing ERP systems for material requirements planning (NetSuite experience is highly preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to utilize pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas for data modeling.
- Strong understanding of production planning, purchasing cycles, and warehouse reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments, including ISO 13485, FDA, and Health Canada requirements.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable supply chain strategies.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and hold external partners accountable to deliverables.
- Must reside in Ontario, Canada, and be legally eligible to work in the region.
