• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of associates to ensure consistent delivery of superior customer service and product knowledge expertise.
• Oversee daily department operations, including inventory management, merchandising standards, and the implementation of promotional displays.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategic adjustments to meet or exceed department goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment for both associates and customers by adhering to all health and safety protocols and corporate policies.
• Facilitate ongoing training for team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of Home Depot’s diverse product lines.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive brand experience and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with store leadership to coordinate staffing levels and manage department schedules effectively.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a retail or customer-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
