Key Responsibilities- Take full, end-to-end ownership of product features, from initial architectural design and data modeling to final user interface polishing.
- Build and maintain high-performance APIs and backend systems using Go, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Develop intuitive and highly responsive frontend surfaces using React and TypeScript that provide a world-class experience for our users.
- Incorporate AI-driven workflows into your daily development process to accelerate delivery speed without compromising on code quality or robustness.
- Collaborate closely with a lean, high-talent team to iterate on product feedback and rapidly ship impactful updates to production.
- Make critical technical trade-offs between speed and long-term maintainability, always prioritizing the overall health of the codebase.
- Participate in and contribute to the open-source ecosystem, specifically the core SuperPlane repository, to support our developer community.
- Proven track record as a full-stack engineer with a strong portfolio of shipped products, sophisticated side projects, or significant open-source contributions.
- Deep technical proficiency in Go, TypeScript, and React, with the ability to quickly become productive in adjacent parts of the modern stack.
- Strong systems judgment with expertise in API design, data modeling, reliability engineering, and cloud-native architecture.
- A product-first mindset with the intuition to understand user needs and the ability to translate those needs into elegant technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the discipline to thrive in a high-intensity, remote-first, and asynchronous work environment.
