About the Role
TLDR is the largest network of tech newsletters in the world, with over 7M subscribers. We are looking for a Strategy & Operations professional to own high-priority initiatives and design the company's operating cadences.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive high-priority initiatives end-to-end across all functions, managing milestones and stakeholders.
- Structure ambiguous problems into clear analyses, models, and actionable recommendations.
- Design and run company operating cadences, including reporting cycles and planning processes.
- Act as the connective tissue between the CEO, functional leads, and execution teams to ensure measurable outcomes.
- Maintain shared sources of truth by validating data definitions and building institutional playbooks.
- 5–7+ years in business operations, finance, or management consulting.
- At least 2 years in a cross-functional ops or chief-of-staff-type role at a high-growth company.
- Expertise in building models, trackers, and analyses from scratch (Advanced spreadsheets required; SQL/BI preferred).
- Proven ability to drive execution across teams without direct authority.
- Strong communication skills for translating complex data into executive-ready outputs.
- MBA or experience with CRM/RevOps and media business models is a plus.
- Salary range: $180,000 - $230,000.
