About the Role
BenchPrep is looking for a Strategic Success Manager (SSM) to join our Customer Success organization. This role is vital in renewing and growing customer relationships by focusing on long-term business goals, contracts, and revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts strategically, focusing on contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic business engagements and decision-makers.
- Conduct impactful touchpoints such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Work closely with internal Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver on customer expectations.
- Ensure customers derive ongoing value from our learning platform to drive continued success.
