As the Strategic Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for the high-level management and development of strategic partner relationships while ensuring seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Strategic Partnerships Director will hold a multifaceted range of responsibilities focused on relationship health and operational success. Primary duties include:
- Acting as the primary, high-level point of contact for senior external stakeholders, building trust and maintaining long-term engagement.
- Leading the strategic account management process to ensure that all partnership objectives are met and exceeded through proactive collaboration.
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of partner engagements, including operational planning, risk mitigation, and delivery across key phases.
- Managing and resolving escalated issues with efficiency, ensuring clear communication and positive outcomes for all parties involved.
- Coordinating internal cross-functional teams to ensure that deliverables remain aligned with the overarching strategic goals of the partnership.
- Developing and presenting comprehensive governance reports, performance updates, and business reviews for both internal leadership and external partners.
- Providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to improve the performance and long-term value of existing partnerships.
- Coaching and mentoring internal team members on best practices for partner engagement and high-impact account management.

To be successful in this leadership role, candidates should possess a blend of commercial acumen and relationship expertise. The following qualifications are required:
- A minimum of two years of direct experience managing high-value key accounts, strategic partnerships, or complex stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
- Demonstrated experience in senior account management or client relationship leadership roles within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders across different regions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to draft sophisticated reports, presentations, and proposals for executive audiences.
- A strong client-service orientation and a proven track record of building productive, trust-based relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
- Subject matter expertise or significant exposure to digital education, online learning, higher education, or related sectors is highly advantageous.
