About the Role
Natera is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager within the Product Management group to own and drive complex technical programs that modernize core platforms and improve system reliability. This role is designed for a highly technical leader who can thrive in ambiguous environments and serve as the connective tissue across engineering and product teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of complex technical programs from initial scoping to launch and post-launch measurement.
- Partner with engineering to understand system architecture, manage technical tradeoffs, and mitigate risks.
- Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies and remove blockers to maintain delivery timelines.
- Define detailed project plans, track milestones, and facilitate technical discussions to monitor program health.
- Coordinate release planning, launch activities, and provide post-launch support.
- Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of technical program management experience.
- Strong technical foundation in software, infrastructure, or systems with the ability to lead technical discussions.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs and significant dependencies across multiple teams.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and deliver predictable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
