About the Role
Cyara is the global leader in AI-powered customer experience (CX) assurance, and we are looking for a strategic and highly technical Senior Solutions Architect to join our mission in eradicating poor customer experiences. In this pivotal remote role, you will serve as the technical backbone of our sales organization, architecting sophisticated solutions that leverage agentic AI to ensure flawless customer journeys across voice, digital, and conversational channels. As enterprises rapidly deploy autonomous AI systems, you will provide the essential assurance layer that turns experimental pilots into production-ready deployments, helping the world’s leading brands optimize over 350 million customer interactions annually.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Own and lead all pre-sales technical activities for assigned enterprise opportunities, including in-depth discovery sessions, tailored demonstrations, and technical workshops.
- Solution Architecture: Design and propose comprehensive technical architectures that integrate the Cyara platform seamlessly with customers' existing technology stacks and complex contact center environments.
- Value Discovery: Conduct exhaustive discovery to uncover specific customer pain points, business drivers, and technical requirements, ensuring our solutions are aligned with their strategic revenue goals.
- Proof of Concept Management: Manage and execute high-impact Proof of Concepts (POCs) that validate Cyara’s capabilities and demonstrate tangible ROI to senior customer stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to share field feedback, influence the product roadmap, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Content & Enablement: Create and contribute to technical sales assets, documentation, and internal best practices to strengthen the global Solution Architecture team's effectiveness.
- Mentorship: Act as a technical mentor to junior team members, sharing advanced strategies, thought leadership, and winning techniques to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture role, with a proven track record of supporting large-scale enterprise software sales cycles.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
- Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of CX technologies, including contact centers, IVR systems, conversational AI, and continuous monitoring or testing frameworks.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value for C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
- Consultative Selling: Advanced proficiency in consultative discovery, objection handling, and value-based messaging that builds long-term trust with prospective clients.
- Technical Acumen: Strong ability to design complex system integrations and a willingness to stay at the forefront of AI-driven CX innovations.
- Flexibility: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and a willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and global corporate events.
- Compensation: Competitive OTE (On-Target Earnings) range of $170,000 - $200,000, tailored to individual skills, experience, and location.
