As a Sourcing Specialist, you are not just a researcher; you are a storyteller and a strategic partner who uncovers passive talent and builds lasting relationships within the clinical community.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Candidate Discovery: Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing plans to identify both active and passive clinical talent. You will use a data-driven approach to ensure we are targeting the right demographics and skill sets for our growing facilities across the nation.
Advanced Tool Utilization: Leverage a diverse recruitment tech stack, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Practice Match, Doc Caf, and Greenhouse, to map out talent pools. You will be responsible for staying ahead of recruitment trends to ensure our sourcing methodology remains competitive and efficient.
High-Impact Outreach: Craft and execute personalized, multi-channel outreach campaigns via email and text. As a primary brand ambassador, your written communications must be professional, charismatic, and persuasive enough to turn cold leads into warm, interested candidates.
Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand competitive landscapes and talent density. You will provide actionable insights to the broader recruitment team to help shape our long-term hiring initiatives and company-wide growth goals.
Pipeline & ATS Management: Maintain a high level of operational excellence by populating and organizing our Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System. You will ensure all candidate data is accurate and that our talent pipelines are robust and ready for recruiter hand-offs at all times.
Coordination & Support: Facilitate a seamless candidate experience by scheduling initial interviews for the recruitment team and maintaining consistent follow-up sequences with potential hires to keep them engaged throughout the funnel.
Qualifications- Professional Experience: You possess 2 to 3 years of dedicated experience in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting. While general recruitment experience is valued, a background in the healthcare or medical industry is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: You have hands-on experience navigating mainstream Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Greenhouse. You are comfortable using digital recruitment tools and social platforms to locate hard-to-find talent in a niche market.
- Communication Mastery: You are a wordsmith with the ability to write catchy, professional, and high-converting messages. Your communication style reflects a blend of extreme professionalism and a magnetic personality.
