About the Role
Our Solution Expert team plays a key role in supporting strategic customers in the RUN phase by acting as trusted advisors on complex use cases. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, you will analyze advanced client needs, challenge existing setups, and translate requirements into scalable solutions within the 360Learning platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 10 enterprise clients and lead up to 30 active projects simultaneously.
- Lead complex integrations involving APIs, flat files, and third-party tools.
- Redesign platform architecture and run solution audits to provide high-level recommendations.
- Deliver Professional Services and develop repeatable processes to improve project quality and delivery.
- Troubleshoot technical environments and implement SSO configurations.
Your Roadmap
- Within 3 months: Support Customer Success partners on technical questions and successfully implement integrations.
- Within 6 months: Pitch the value of the platform and support strategic customers throughout their contract lifecycle.
- Within 12 months: Onboard new Solution Experts and contribute to the internal knowledge base of best practices.
