• Ability to code in some capacity (any language) and build basic to moderately advanced programs.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal oversight.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for projects from idea to completion.
• Provide assistance to colleagues and work effectively in team settings.
• Support delivery and implementation services as necessary.

• Relational Database experience: designing schemas and working with multiple tables.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• General understanding of programming fundamentals.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• 2-4 years of related application support or software implementation experience.
• Prior experience with integrations or Business Process automation/management tools.
• Experience with Liquid templating language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general documentation.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize across several projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a similar discipline is preferred.
