Key Responsibilities- Develop and scale the Sticker Mule Pro suite, a comprehensive ecosystem of tools designed to empower creators and modern businesses.
- Architect and maintain 'Stores,' our high-performance alternative to Shopify, ensuring a seamless commerce experience for merchants.
- Build and refine internal and customer-facing AI tools to automate complex workflows and enhance user interaction.
- Lead the development of 'Notify' and 'Reply,' our respective alternatives to Mailchimp and Zendesk, focusing on reliability and extreme ease of use.
- Contribute to the evolution of 'Hire Me,' a platform designed to disrupt the creative marketplace, providing a superior experience to traditional alternatives.
- Engineer cross-platform mobile applications using Expo and React, ensuring feature parity and high performance across all devices.
- Collaborate asynchronously with a global team across 40+ countries using tools like Asana and Slack to maintain a high shipping velocity.
- You are an exceptional full-stack software engineer with a proven track record of building and scaling complex web and mobile applications.
- You possess deep expertise in our core stack, including Go, TypeScript, React, and GraphQL, with experience managing Postgres databases in a cloud environment.
- You are a pioneer in the use of AI, integrating artificial intelligence aggressively into your daily workflow to write better code and build smarter features.
- You demonstrate a pragmatic mindset, understanding how to balance code quality with the need to move fast and deliver value to the masses.
- You have excellent written English skills, which are essential for success in our documentation-heavy, remote-first communication culture.
- You are comfortable with end-to-end ownership, from initial architecture and database design to frontend implementation and deployment.
- Highly competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $250,000 USD, depending on experience and impact.
