About the Role
About the Role: We’re looking for a Social Media Growth Lead to build, engage, grow, and retain audiences of senior decision-makers on social platforms and convert them into subscribers and loyal members of our community. This role is responsible for turning our content, audio, events, and insights into high-performing formats that drive visibility and repeat engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate and distribute content into short-form, platform-native video, written, and audio formats.
- Execute social growth campaigns across organic, paid, and partner channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Optimize performance by tracking engagement, reach, and retention data to build repeatable systems.
- Drive subscriber growth by optimizing social-to-subscriber conversion pathways.
- Measure performance and tie social activity to measurable business outcomes and audience growth.
Your Skillset Includes:
- Experience producing short-form, platform-native video content.
- Proven track record running and optimizing organic and paid social campaigns with budget management.
- Strong analytical skills to optimize content and campaigns based on performance data.
- Highly organized content planning and social calendar management.
- Experience in B2B or editorial content distribution is a plus.
