Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Skilled Handyman, your primary objective is to execute a wide variety of home repair and improvement projects with precision and care. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, determining the best course of action for repairs, and completing tasks across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and minor plumbing or electrical work. Our team relies on your ability to work independently while upholding our core values of delivering on commitments and practicing continuous improvement.
- Perform high-quality home repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with both the internal dispatch team and our clients to ensure project transparency.
- Utilize our state-of-the-art dispatching software and Field App to manage your daily schedule, track project progress, and document completed work.
- Provide expert recommendations to clients on necessary repairs and improvements, fostering a relationship of trust and professional respect.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment at every job site, respecting the client's property and maintaining a professional image at all times.
- Collaborate with the office support team to resolve any project challenges and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

- Proven experience in at least one primary trade, such as carpentry, drywalling, painting, or general home maintenance.

- A reliable work vehicle, such as a truck or van, suitable for transporting tools and materials to various job sites.
- Technological literacy, including the ability to use a smartphone and navigate mobile applications for daily scheduling and communication.
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record, demonstrating a history of responsible and safe behavior.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical clients in a respectful and clear manner.
