About the Role

DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers household essentials and other items with speed and reliability. As a Shift Lead, you will support Site Management by running shifts, delegating tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse and kitchen processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse/kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, and training.
• Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and company assets to prevent loss or theft.
• Ensure high-quality customer delivery by executing orders accurately and managing Dasher pickups effectively.
• Guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring the team works safely and productively.
• Act as the point of escalation for daily operations and assist with day-to-day warehouse tasks.
