The Service Operations Scheduler is a core function within the Service and Asset Management organization, responsible for post-PTO service and maintenance across the residential solar asset lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing service requests from intake through resolution.
• Coordinating site visits and field execution through in-house technicians and national service partners.
• Performing remote troubleshooting to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Optimizing the cost of service at scale while maintaining high quality and efficiency.
