About the Role
F1® Arcade is seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Vice President of Global Operations to lead our international portfolio of venues into a new era of growth. As the senior operational executive, you will be accountable for the performance, profitability, and execution of the global business, ensuring that every guest experiences the thrill and prestige of Formula 1® through operational excellence and brand consistency. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a core member of the Leadership Team, you will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and on-the-ground execution, driving scalable models that support rapid international expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a key executive leader, you will define the operational roadmap for the global organization, overseeing regional leaders and venue teams to ensure peak performance across all markets. Your core focus will involve:
- Executive Strategy: Partner with the CEO and C-Suite to define long-term growth plans, providing operational insight on major business decisions and acting as a global brand ambassador.
- Global Operational Oversight: Maintain ultimate accountability for venue performance, guest experience, and brand standards across all domestic and international territories.
- Scalability & Development: Refine and implement scalable operating models, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support aggressive global expansion.
- Financial Stewardship: Collaborate with the CFO to manage operating budgets, forecasts, and capital planning while driving sustainable revenue growth and margin improvements.
- Leadership & Culture: Directly lead regional executives in the US and UK, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, empowerment, and the pursuit of excellence.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Align operations with Marketing, Sales, Culinary, Technology, and Development to maximize guest engagement and commercial performance.
- Risk & Governance: Establish comprehensive governance frameworks to ensure compliance with global health, safety, and labor regulations while mitigating operational risks.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospitality or entertainment executive with a track record of scaling high-growth, multi-unit international organizations. Requirements include:
- Extensive Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership within hospitality, experiential leisure, or multi-unit luxury retail environments.
- Executive Presence: Proven success as a member of a senior executive team, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead through complex organizational changes.
- Commercial Acumen: Deep expertise in P&L management, financial forecasting, and driving enterprise-wide profitability.
- Operational Mastery: A background in designing and executing organizational structures that thrive in dynamic, high-growth, and high-pressure environments.
- Travel & Flexibility: Ability to travel globally up to 70% of the time and work flexibly across multiple time zones to support a 24/7 global business.
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform onsite venue duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Location: While the role is remote-based, candidates must reside within a 25-mile radius of an F1® Arcade venue.
