Senior Tech Lead Mobile Developer Risora

About the Role

SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder creating international tech businesses. We are currently searching for a Tech Lead / Full-stack developer for our new business, Risora—a personality simulator app designed to help users bridge the gap between who they are and who they can become through practical exercises and AI-driven scenarios.

Key Challenges:

• Building an iOS application and web platform end-to-end.
• Managing the full development cycle: architecture, implementation, deployment, and support.
• Setting up infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS priority).
• Integrating AI APIs (OpenAI) and third-party services (analytics, payment providers).
• Collaborating with design and product teams to create production-ready features.
• Utilizing AI development tools (Cursor, Copilot) daily to increase efficiency.
• Establishing technical standards and code review processes as the team grows.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in backend development and architecture or mobile development (React Native, Swift, or Flutter).
• Hands-on experience launching mobile applications.
• High level of AI fluency (experience with Copilot or similar tools in daily workflow).
• Experience with AI/LLM API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Familiarity with App Store submission and the Apple Developer ecosystem.
• Ownership mindset and the ability to take full responsibility for the product.

Nice to Have:

• Backend experience with Node.js.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Background in startup environments or building consumer-facing/gamified products.
• Interest in psychology or behavioral science.
