About the Role
Highspot is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to help grow North American operations by building relationships with revenue leaders in medium to large B2B companies. You will act as a trusted advisor and solution expert, working with sales, services, and product teams to drive opportunities.
What You'll Do- Explain solution value through engaging presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Support sales teams with deal planning, discovery, and tailoring solutions to customer use cases.
- Lead responses to RFPs and Infosec questionnaires and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Act as a technical expert in SalesTech/Martech ecosystems, including CRM, SSO, Data Lakes, and APIs.
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer in SaaS.
- Familiarity with agentic solutions and leveraging AI-driven tools and workflows.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and working collaboratively with sales teams.
- Strong business acumen and facilitation skills for executive-level engagement.
