Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that support the deployment of reinforcement learning agents in diverse industrial environments.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and reinforcement learning researchers to integrate complex models into production-ready software systems.
- Architect robust data pipelines capable of processing massive volumes of raw sensor data with high reliability and low latency.
- Lead the development of the "no-code" configuration platform, allowing domain experts to define and manage AI control systems intuitively.
- Ensure operational excellence by implementing rigorous testing, monitoring, and CI/CD practices for critical industrial software.
- Drive architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical ownership, transparency, and collaboration.
- Partner with product and design teams to translate user requirements into high-impact technical solutions that solve real-world industrial problems.
- Extensive professional experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of building and scaling complex backend systems.
- Deep proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java, and a strong understanding of software design patterns.
- Significant experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with data streaming and processing frameworks such as Kafka, Spark, or Flink.
- Previous experience or a strong interest in the integration of machine learning models into production software environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous technical challenges in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
