About the Role

SugarAI is redefining CRM for the age of AI, turning fragmented customer signals into prioritized action. We are looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to own the strategic design and evolution of enablement across the go-to-market ecosystem—Sales, Customer Success, and Partners—aligned tightly to marketing strategy and business growth priorities.

Impact You Will Make:
  • Strategic Enablement Planning: Translate marketing strategy and product roadmaps into KPI-aligned enablement roadmaps.
  • Marketing Alignment: Operationalize positioning and campaigns into clear sales plays across the buyer journey.
  • Global & Segment Enablement: Build scalable global frameworks with intentional localization for specific industries and segments.
  • Partner Enablement Strategy: Define onboarding, certification, and readiness programs for channel growth.
  • Capability Building: Anticipate future skill needs and develop structured learning paths.
  • Architecture & Governance: Establish standards and clear definitions of success across GTM functions.
  • Execution & Delivery: Design and deliver core assets including playbooks, messaging, and onboarding materials.
  • Measurement & Impact: Track success via revenue, pipeline, and sales efficiency metrics in partnership with RevOps.
What You Will Bring:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Product Marketing, or related GTM roles within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience building strategies across Sales, Customer Success, and Partner ecosystems.
  • Strong background in operationalizing marketing messaging into sales initiatives.
  • Experience supporting global teams and multi-segment organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in CRM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS categories.
  • Background in Partner/Channel enablement within hybrid GTM models.
  • Experience in high-growth or transformation-stage organizations.
