About the Role
Smile Digital Health is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to act as a strategic market intelligence engine. You will be responsible for gathering Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights from various healthcare stakeholders to influence product development and marketing strategy.
Responsibilities- Design and manage a repeatable VOC research program for payer, provider, and government segments.
- Conduct qualitative interviews and field conversations to identify market gaps and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain Source of Truth (SoT) documents for market segments, competitive landscapes, and buyer personas.
- Synthesize market insights into quantifiable evidence to support investment decisions and product roadmaps.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate the synthesis and distribution of intelligence reports.
- 8+ years in Product Marketing, Market Intelligence, or a related function in SaaS or Healthcare IT.
- Proven experience designing and formalizing VOC or market research programs.
- Understanding of health data and interoperability landscapes (HL7 FHIR knowledge is a plus).
- Strong communication skills for engaging clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
